Casa Troy
A single black column gives Casa Troy’s pale interior a point of orientation. Beside it, a suspended timber cabinet and tiled entrance establish the first threshold, opening onto a continuous arrangement of living, dining and kitchen spaces. The contrast lends definition to an interior whose boundaries are otherwise expressed through subtle shifts in material and proportion.
White ceiling beams, pale timber and translucent curtains give light a succession of surfaces to move across. Paper lamps and loosely draped textiles introduce softer outlines, while darker furniture brings weight to the shared rooms. Along the hallway, repeated doorways extend the view through the home, carrying its sense of openness into the more private spaces.
